OBU榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)攻略
需要具備什么樣的條件才有資格申請(qǐng)OBU學(xué)位？
1.注冊(cè)過(guò)這個(gè)學(xué)位（可以在My ACCA中查看此學(xué)位的狀態(tài)是否為opted-in）
2.通過(guò)ACCA考試前九門(mén)考試?F7,F8,F9不可以免考?
3.在通過(guò)F7,F8,F9之前提交并通過(guò)英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明
4.完成道德模塊測(cè)試?Professional Ethics module
英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明提交
在2014年6月及之前通過(guò)的F4考試可以直接當(dāng)做英語(yǔ)證明，無(wú)需另外提交；
在2014年12月及之后通過(guò)F4考試需另外提交英語(yǔ)成績(jī)證明，如大學(xué)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)，雅思，托福等（需要翻譯后加蓋公章）
提交的論文包括哪些東西？
A.7500字Research Report (RR)；
B.2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)（包括15分鐘Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；
這兩個(gè)部分要全部都通過(guò)才可以拿到學(xué)位，如哪個(gè)部分沒(méi)過(guò)，下次只提交那個(gè)部分就好，每個(gè)學(xué)員共有3次提交機(jī)會(huì)，但每次都需繳納評(píng)審費(fèi)。學(xué)員需要找一名導(dǎo)師來(lái)輔導(dǎo)論文寫(xiě)作，并進(jìn)行3次面談（每次30分鐘，第三次做15分鐘presentation)。 目前全球論文通過(guò)率只有50%。
Research and analysis report（RR）：
它共有20個(gè)題目可以選擇，題目?jī)?nèi)容包羅萬(wàn)象，涉及很多內(nèi)容。以第8個(gè)題目為例：需要分析一個(gè)公司近3年的financial and business performance.
Skills and learning statement（SLS）:
它要回答四個(gè)問(wèn)題：怎樣跟導(dǎo)見(jiàn)三次面的？論文的研究目標(biāo)如何達(dá)到的？怎么跟老師溝通的？論文的寫(xiě)作對(duì)你的學(xué)習(xí)和工作有多大幫助？這個(gè)SLS只有過(guò)和不過(guò)。決定這個(gè)SLS是否通過(guò)的方面有：語(yǔ)言，溝通，是否通過(guò)這個(gè)論文寫(xiě)作有收獲和感悟，IT技術(shù)使用（PPT）等方面。
論文選題范圍
通過(guò)ACCA前9門(mén)的學(xué)員都有資格申請(qǐng)ACCA-OBU榮譽(yù)學(xué)士學(xué)位，論文題目可以在以下范圍內(nèi)選擇，其他題目需另行申請(qǐng)。
1) An analysis and evaluation of an organisation?s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.
2) An evaluation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organisation in achieving its business objectives.
3) An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organisation.
4) A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organisation.
5) An evaluation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organisation.
6) A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organisation.
7) A critical evaluation of the restructuring of an organisation?s operational activities and the effect on the organisation?s financial performance.
8) An analysis and evaluation of the business and financial performance of an organisation over a three year period.
9) A critical evaluation of the planning and implementation of an information system in an organisation.
10) A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organisation.
11) An investigation into the financial and operational costs and benefits of the internal audit / internal review activities within an organisation.
12) An investigation into the possible effects of a proposed accounting standard on the financial statements and business activities of an organisation.
13) An evaluation of the contribution made by human resource activities to the attainment of business and financial objectives.
14) An appraisal of the business and financial objectives of a strategic investment decision made by an organisation and its impact on key stakeholders.
15) An analysis and evaluation of the management of an organisation?s working capital over a three year period and its impact on the organisation?s funding strategies.
16) A critical evaluation of the financial and operational risk management within an organisation.
17) An assessment of the quality of the corporate governance within an organisation and the impact on an organisation?s key stakeholders.
18) A review of the marketing strategy of an organisation and its effectiveness.
19) An analysis and evaluation of the financial and operational consequences of a merger between two organisations or of the acquisition of one organisation by another.
20) An assessment of an organisation's corporate social responsibility policies, including business ethics, and their impact on business practice and key stakeholders.
學(xué)位等級(jí)評(píng)定
論文（RR）通過(guò)共有A，B，或C三個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù)，論文的分?jǐn)?shù)和該學(xué)員ACCA前九門(mén)平均成績(jī)綜合起來(lái)可確定該生學(xué)位的級(jí)別（詳見(jiàn)具體評(píng)定圖）。牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)本科學(xué)位共有：First class, Upper second class, Lower second class, Third class等4個(gè)級(jí)別。決定這個(gè)RR是否通過(guò)的方面有：語(yǔ)言，溝通，分析是否深入，IT技術(shù)使用，參考資料使用及格式等方面。
論文如何提交
通過(guò)網(wǎng)上提交的方式上傳，一年有兩次提交的機(jī)會(huì)，分別在五月和十一月。
學(xué)生寫(xiě)論文的主要問(wèn)題
1.對(duì)國(guó)外論文格式要求不了解。多數(shù)同學(xué)都是第一次寫(xiě)英文論文，甚至第一次寫(xiě)論文，并不了解它的格式和要求。國(guó)外論文除了需要評(píng)審內(nèi)容外，論文的格式包括參考文獻(xiàn)（reference)的使用和格式也是非常重要的評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這種畢業(yè)論文不同于平時(shí)我們考試時(shí)的essay,它需要大量收集信息，并引用到文章中去。這部分也是導(dǎo)師需要給與更多指導(dǎo)的地方。
2.英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言問(wèn)題。雖然英語(yǔ)對(duì)于我們不是母語(yǔ)，評(píng)審老師也不會(huì)用英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)要求學(xué)員，但至少語(yǔ)言需要通順邏輯性強(qiáng)，結(jié)構(gòu)清晰。很多同學(xué)的語(yǔ)言顯然達(dá)不到這個(gè)要求，需要導(dǎo)師在語(yǔ)言上給與指導(dǎo)。
3. 專業(yè)知識(shí)不熟悉。這篇畢業(yè)論文內(nèi)容上需要結(jié)合ACCA很多課程的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，比如：F7，F(xiàn)9，P3等并把它應(yīng)用到案例中去。很顯然，如果ACCA課程的知識(shí)只是了解一知半解是不能應(yīng)用到案例中去的。所以學(xué)員應(yīng)復(fù)習(xí)一下過(guò)去學(xué)過(guò)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，做到能熟練應(yīng)用。
4. 時(shí)間管理有問(wèn)題。這是個(gè)本科的畢業(yè)論文，需要花費(fèi)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備及寫(xiě)作，所用時(shí)間因人而異，有的一兩個(gè)月，有的半年甚至一年。因?yàn)槊總€(gè)學(xué)員的語(yǔ)言，專業(yè)，工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不同，所使用的時(shí)間是不同的。建議學(xué)員要提前準(zhǔn)備，而且論文的質(zhì)量和所花費(fèi)時(shí)間一定是成正比的。有的學(xué)員英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不好而且沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如果花費(fèi)足夠時(shí)間加上導(dǎo)師的輔導(dǎo)也可以取得不錯(cuò)的成績(jī)。對(duì)于時(shí)間管理有問(wèn)題的學(xué)員，導(dǎo)師應(yīng)多提醒及促使他們?cè)谔峤粫r(shí)間內(nèi)完成任務(wù)。
導(dǎo)師怎么才能輔導(dǎo)學(xué)員通過(guò)論文
1. 首先, 導(dǎo)師需要給學(xué)生講解一下論文的選題,內(nèi)容等,讓學(xué)員對(duì)論文的要求有個(gè)基本介紹. 當(dāng)然, information pack 里的內(nèi)容介紹的已經(jīng)很詳細(xì)了，需要讓學(xué)員仔細(xì)閱讀information pack. 同時(shí)，要讓學(xué)員對(duì)自己完成論文的進(jìn)度做一個(gè)估算。
2. 其次，充分利用學(xué)員跟導(dǎo)師的見(jiàn)面。牛津布魯斯大學(xué)要求導(dǎo)師在OBU的輔導(dǎo)中需要跟學(xué)生有3次見(jiàn)面，每次半小時(shí)。但學(xué)員的水平各異，對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)員，我可能要輔導(dǎo)更多次，甚至10次。方式也可以多樣化，比如：電郵，電話，微信，聊天工具等。每次的輔導(dǎo)過(guò)程都要充分利用，提前閱讀好學(xué)員論文，要對(duì)學(xué)員的寫(xiě)作問(wèn)題提出建議，但導(dǎo)師只是起到輔助的作用，導(dǎo)師不能代替學(xué)員寫(xiě)。
3.，要利用好presentation的時(shí)間。根據(jù)要求，學(xué)員在第3次見(jiàn)面時(shí)需要給導(dǎo)師做個(gè)15分鐘presentation. 導(dǎo)師要讓學(xué)員充分準(zhǔn)備這個(gè)，因?yàn)橥ㄟ^(guò)presentation,學(xué)員能自己意識(shí)到自己論文中的問(wèn)題，并且可以利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，能跟導(dǎo)師進(jìn)一步討論論文的內(nèi)容。
