CFA report丨收到CFA協(xié)會的report，我是這么解決的

按照網(wǎng)上所說，CFA協(xié)會每年都會收到很多report，在這些report中并不是所有的都要受理，情節(jié)比較輕的連書面的信件都沒有，如果要是發(fā)了信函就說明比較嚴(yán)重。不過即使發(fā)了信函也不一定都沒有成績，如果溝通的比較好，態(tài)度比較誠懇也會過。

考完試立刻就給CFA協(xié)會發(fā)一封郵件，表示愧疚之情。這是第一次我與協(xié)會的交涉過程。

我發(fā)給協(xié)會的第一封郵件：2016年6月5日

I am level 2 candidate in Shanghai.

During the exam,I wrote my Chinese name on the ticket.

I did not know what I was thinking about,but I have never thought about cheating. I promised.

I felt sorry for what I have did.

I wondered whether my mistake would affect my score.

I really didn't mean it.

please forgive my mistake, cause I really didn't mean it.

接下來是CFA協(xié)會第一次回復(fù)發(fā)我的郵件：2016年6月6日

Dear Sir or Madam,

Unfortunately you have not provided enough information to ensure appropriate follow-up. 我發(fā)給協(xié)會的第二封郵件：2016年6月7日

My ID is XXX. My name is XXX.

I am level2 candidate. I have my exam in Shanghai.

In the afternoon exam, I was waiting for the exam begin on my seat.

I wrote my Chinese name on my ticket.

I just felt boring when I was waiting.

I really didn't know what I was thinking about at that time.

But I never thought about cheating.

I am really sorry for what I have done.

I work so hard for this,and I think I did a good job on the exam.

Please forgive my mistake. I felt sorry for this again.

Given the nature of your experience on exam day, a proctor may have submitted a report to the Professional Conduct Program; therefore, an associate has forwarded your email to that group. A representative of the Professional Conduct Program will contact you if additional information is required.

按照網(wǎng)上所說，每年CFA考試CFA協(xié)會都會收到很多report，在這些report中并不是所有的都要受理，情節(jié)比較輕的連書面的信件都沒有，如果要是發(fā)了信函就說明比較嚴(yán)重。

不過即使發(fā)了信函也不一定都沒有成績，如果溝通的比較好，態(tài)度比較誠懇也會過。

接下來的一個(gè)月，我在焦急中等待著信件的來到，可是左等右等也沒來，這種情況下有兩種可能：一種是發(fā)了，但是沒收到，這種情況非常嚴(yán)重，如果被認(rèn)定是故意不回，

那基本上就沒戲了;另一種當(dāng)然啦，就是沒有發(fā)嘛，雖然report了，但是情節(jié)不重。按照以往的情況，在準(zhǔn)考證上寫字是大忌中的大忌，只要在準(zhǔn)考證上有筆跡，就沒戲。

戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢的我在成績出來的前幾天又發(fā)了一封郵件：2016年7月20日

I am XXX. I want to konw the result. I haven't got any email or letter.

It is mean no matter? I feel sorry again.

Please contact me as soon as possable. Thank you .

第二天就收到了CFA的回復(fù) 7月20日

Dear XXX, We have completed our review of all Violation Reports and exam tickets. If you have not received a letter from the Professional Conduct Program, we determined the writing on the ticket (while a violation of the exam rules), did not require further action by the Professional Conduct Program.

到這個(gè)時(shí)候我才有了一種踏實(shí)的感覺，直到今天看到通過了，才覺得終于塵埃落定。

總的來說，經(jīng)歷過這幾次的交涉，我覺得態(tài)度是第一位的，一定要誠懇，實(shí)事求是，把事情說清楚，不要拒不認(rèn)錯，好好認(rèn)錯，積極主動的聯(lián)系，事情還是有回轉(zhuǎn)余地的。

所以說各位CFA報(bào)名考試被report的筒子們不要灰心不要喪氣，生的希望總是有的，像我這種算是比較嚴(yán)重的烏龍違紀(jì)了也能安全過關(guān)。希望各位都能交好運(yùn)!
