　　MedNet (Shanghai) Medical Technical Developing Co. Ltd., (“MedNet” or “the Company”) is a subsidiary of MFC Bancorp Ltd. headquartered in Shanghai with experience in sales and marketing of medical devices, medical equipment and operation of medical centers across the People’s Republic of China (“China”).

　　MedNet provides, markets and distributes advanced health care products and services in China. Historically, MedNet has been involved with a number of healthcare businesses in China, including high technology vision correction services and products for the treatment of cataracts and refractive errors through managed eye care centers located in larger Chinese hospitals in major urban centers. MedNet also develops and distributes disposable medical supply, surgical tools, examine/diagnosis equipment, implantable medical device and laser treatment equipment, among other products.

　　工作職責(zé)

　　負(fù)責(zé)對投資目標(biāo)公司進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究和公司考察;

　　負(fù)責(zé)項目的盡職調(diào)查，市場行業(yè)調(diào)研，數(shù)據(jù)收集和可行性分析等;撰寫投資報告和盡職報告;

　　負(fù)責(zé)投，融資項目的財務(wù)測算，成本分析，風(fēng)險評估等，配合制定投，融資方案。

　　任職資格

　　具有財務(wù)，金融，經(jīng)濟(jì)類等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，通過CFA二級考試;

　　具有三年以上投資，審計評估或投行等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;

　　思維清晰，邏輯性強，具有較強的信息搜集能力，研究分析能力，優(yōu)秀的文字表達(dá)能力和分析報告撰寫能力;

　　具有較強的執(zhí)行能力，善于溝通，優(yōu)良的團(tuán)隊精神和積極的工作態(tài)度，能適應(yīng)外地出差;

　　中英文流利。
