　　【Company Introduction】

　　CII Group (Hong Kong) Limited (“CIIG”), CIIG is a financial services company focusing on asset management, financial advisory, and non-performing loan resolution. CIIG is an associate of Cinda International Holdings Limited (111.HK), a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

　　【Job Description】

　　Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the Head of Finance in Beijing, this is a “right hand” person role suited to an individual looking for a more strategic and business facing role.

　　In addition, to his/her day-to-day core finance responsibilities, the individual will also work closely with the deal team to oversee investee companies’ financial performance.

　　Finance responsibilities：

　　- Be fully responsible for the accounting, treasury, taxation, financial statements and other finance related work;

　　- Assist CFO in preparing the annual financial budget of the company and monitor the execution of approved budget;

　　- Prepare monthly financial analysis reports of the companies;

　　- Supervise and coach junior staff in finance team, and review their work;

　　- In-charge of the audit processes;

　　- Maintain sound relationships with external business partners, such as banks, chamber of commerce, and consultant agency; and

　　- Oversee the compliance of financial and accounting rules and regulations of the company; assist CFO in improving the accounting management system and relevant working procedures.

　　Portfolio management responsibilities：

　　- Firm understanding of the financial statements of investee companies;

　　- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the financial and operating performance of portfolio businesses via review of monthly management information and interaction with the portfolio business finance teams;

　　- Oversee compliance with financial and operating covenants by portfolio businesses in accordance with the investment agreement;

　　- Review the monthly management information, identify variances and provide commentary;

　　- Involvement in the strategic planning and budgeting/forecasting process of investee companies; and

　　- Other ‘ad hoc’ tasks in relation to the financial management and oversight of portfolio

　　companies.

　　【Qualifications】

　　- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance and law;

　　- Qualified accountant - preferably CFA/ACCA/CPA qualified or equivalent – with at least 7 years of auditing or accounting experience;

　　- In-house experience in a similar role in a private equity firm an advantage;

　　- Able to demonstrate previous responsibility to be independent, multi-task, be flexible and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

　　- Strong experience across valuations and financial analysis; and

　　- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form relationships with people at all levels across front and back office.

　　Hong Kong but with travel to Beijing and internationally.

　　1、日常組合業(yè)績分析報告：按照現(xiàn)有分析框架進行偏債組合深度業(yè)績分析，提出業(yè)績優(yōu)化建議，并積極與基金經理溝通。

　　2、構建業(yè)績分析評價體系：帶領組內人員制定偏債型組合及基金經理評價標準，建立完整的分析評價體系;引入新的業(yè)績分析方法，完善現(xiàn)有分析框架并推動落實。

　　3、出具有深度的業(yè)績評價研究報告：對所布置的主題進行深入學習和挖掘，完成深度研究報告，并推進在實際工作中的應用;主動探索提出研究項

　　任職要求：

　　1、 重點大學碩士及以上學歷，理工科復合背景、或經濟金融背景;

　　2、 對大類資產配置、或固定收益組合分析方面有深入了解;

　　3、 具備良好的職業(yè)道德，強烈的責任心，嚴謹細致，出色的溝通和協(xié)調能力;

　　4、 踏實肯干，優(yōu)秀的敬業(yè)精神和團隊精神;

　　5、 有CFA、FRM證書者優(yōu)先。

　　工作要求：

　　1、 必須做過投資管理工作(必須，工作內容參考以下工作職責);

　　2、 財務、法律背景、金融背景均可，專業(yè)不太限制;

　　3、 較好為名校碩士;

　　4、 形象氣質、情商、溝通協(xié)調等軟性要求較高;

　　5、 有專業(yè)投資機構經歷為佳，較好具備多年投資管理經驗，尤其股權投資經歷;

　　6、 較好曾擔任投資管理部負責人(不強制)。

　　工作職責：

　　1、 管理整個投資流程，投前組織盡調、組織投決會，投中參與談判，投后負責全面監(jiān)控項目風險、推動退出;

　　2、 帶團隊6人。

　　工作地點：北京

　　薪酬范圍：市場化薪酬，大約60萬-100萬，具體面議
