2022年CFA除了一級的考綱發(fā)生了較大變化之外，協(xié)會對二級考綱也進行了較大改動，二級大部分科目的考綱都發(fā)生了變化，雖然Session總數(shù)保持17個不變，但Reading數(shù)由48增加至47個;CFA二級考綱發(fā)生較大變動：

2022年，CFA二級考綱內(nèi)容沒有變化的科目有：

· Economics

· Financial statement analysis

發(fā)生變化的科目有：

· QM

· Corporate issuers

· Equity

· Alternative

· Derivatives

· Portfolio management

總體來看，有四個Reading是全新內(nèi)容，其余都是修改LOS。下面，我們來看看科目內(nèi)容具體有些什么變化：

·數(shù)量分析

1.Reading 1 Introduction to linear regression

該章節(jié)更換作者，內(nèi)容全部改寫

2.Reading 2 Multiple regression

Multiple regression, including qualitative independent variables

Logistic regression

3.新增多元回歸，增加了qualitative independent variables，logistic regression

4.刪除了回歸系數(shù)的置信區(qū)間，dummy variables，qualitative dependent variables

·公司金融

該科目整體以刪除為主

Capital structure中刪除了role of debt rating

Dividend and share repurchase中刪除了clientele effects

M&A中刪除HHI指數(shù)，并購下對目標公司估值的相關(guān)內(nèi)容

Capital budget放到了最后，并刪除了accounting income，economic income，economic profit，residual income，claim valuation model的相關(guān)內(nèi)容

·權(quán)益投資

該科目整體以刪除為主

Private company valuation中刪除了definition of value，role of valuation

·固定收益

Reading 28 The term structure and interest rate dynamics

Economic factors are used to establish benchmark curve, spreads, yield curve changes

刪除遠期利率的定價，新增經(jīng)濟因素對于利率期限結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;將modern term structure model移到了第二個Reading;將所有的spread內(nèi)容放在一個LOS中

·另類投資

1.Reading 35 Real estate investments為新增章節(jié)，本質(zhì)為合并內(nèi)容

2.Reading 36 Private equity investments、LBO、VC method output

3.該科目由四個reading減少為三個reading，主要是將房地產(chǎn)全部合并為一個reading

4.PE部分新增LBO，VC method output;刪除pre-money, post-money valuation

·衍生品

Reading 33 Pricing and valuation of forward commitments

新增carry arbitrage model

刪除currency forward的pricing和valuation內(nèi)容;其他內(nèi)容無實質(zhì)性變化

·組合管理

Reading 41 Backtesting and simulation

Backtesting: objective, steps, procedures, metrics, visuals, problem

Historical scenario analysis

Monte Carlo analysis

·新增回測和模擬的內(nèi)

Reading 42 Economics and investment markets

·刪除商業(yè)周期對風格策略的影響
