她是把信息是發(fā)布在職業(yè)社交賬號上，這是正常的職業(yè)行為，并不違規(guī)。
并且“She adds a message to her professional social media accounts that these accounts will be shut down within two weeks.”這個賬戶會在兩周后關(guān)停，這樣就默認(rèn)不會聯(lián)系前雇主的客戶。
至于后續(xù)有沒有說客戶主動聯(lián)系LaPoint并沒有提及，總體來看并沒有違反non-solicitation agreement
