同學你好，政府減少支出的確屬于收縮性政策，但題目問的是收縮性政策一定會包含什么，但政府也可以選擇只增加稅收而不減少政府支出，所以收縮性政策不意味著政府非得減少支出。那么就是選C了，無論是加稅或者是減少政府支出，都會導(dǎo)致財政赤字縮小或者財政盈余增加。
