2024-07-26 19:50老師的意思是低于minimum asset level的portfolio還能放在portfolio中但不參與composite performance 計(jì)算，能確定嗎？ 書上的是只要低于了minimum level就不能在composite中了 The GIPS standards state, “If the firm sets a minimum asset level for portfolios to be included in a composite, the firm must not include portfolios below the minimum asset level in that composite.”

兩種情況都可以存在，原則上講如果客戶是賬戶金額低于最小規(guī)模，那么賬戶被移除是合適的。
不過現(xiàn)實(shí)中經(jīng)常存在的是，客戶是短期調(diào)度資金，一段時(shí)間后還是可以把資金拿回來。此時(shí)不需要把賬戶移除，只需要不計(jì)算業(yè)績(jī)就行，這樣避免機(jī)構(gòu)頻繁地去調(diào)組合組構(gòu)建。
現(xiàn)實(shí)中還可以再設(shè)一個(gè)門檻，比如100萬是加入的最低門檻，但50萬是移除的最低門檻，這樣現(xiàn)有賬戶即使低于100萬，但只要高于50萬，也不需要移除，同樣也是機(jī)構(gòu)為了避免頻繁去調(diào)組合組。
所以，在這里我們明確的重點(diǎn)是這個(gè)組合不參與業(yè)績(jī)的計(jì)算，至于它是不是被挪走，這不強(qiáng)制。GIPS只是要求機(jī)構(gòu)給出明確的制度說明如果賬戶低于某個(gè)限度，怎么處理。機(jī)構(gòu)可以remove也可以不remove。
If a firm establishes a minimum asset level for a composite, it must document policies addressing how portfolios will be treated if they fall below the minimum. As an example, a firm may elect to remove portfolios the month after they fall below the minimum. As another example, the firm may determine that the minimum asset level required to add a portfolio to a composite is $1 million but that a portfolio will not be removed from a composite unless its assets fall below $900,000.
