公司價(jià)值-債務(wù)價(jià)值=股權(quán)價(jià)值，然后net pension liability被視為debt（截圖1），所以題干中deducts the company’s net pension liability from enterprise value描述正確。
service cost需要被expense（截圖2，括號(hào)里說(shuō)的很明白，left expense），所以題干discounted cash flow model expenses service cost描述正確，B不選。
而對(duì)于net interest expense，需要should not be included，所以要remove選C。
