IRR的計算涉及了現(xiàn)金流，如果客戶的IPS允許基金經(jīng)理可以控制現(xiàn)金流的流入流出，也就是discretionary，那么存在一種可能性，經(jīng)理為了讓IRR好看而去操控CF，而不是為了站在投資者的利益角度投資。
