因?yàn)楦鶕?jù)題干investment fee是無法識別的，也就是說，根本算不出來investment fee是多少金額，所以不可能扣出來的。
如果打包費(fèi)中，能算出來交易費(fèi)用是多少，那么這塊是可以扣除的，如果不能就只能包含在打包費(fèi)中。

根據(jù)原文的這一段話：
The equity composite charges bundle fees for its institutional portfolios which include a combination of investment management fees, transaction costs, custody fees and administrative fees. The transaction costs can be identified and segregated from the bundle fee.
這里面只說transaction cost是可以被識別的，換言之，其它的成本都無法有效識別。
