同學(xué)，上午好。
因?yàn)槭切枰蝈X(qián)給GP，所以對(duì)于LP來(lái)說(shuō)是現(xiàn)金流出。需要實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)備好紙幣資金，來(lái)給到GP去做投資。就好比說(shuō)，我要買房子，我得事先把錢(qián)準(zhǔn)備好。
