同學(xué)你好，我們來看一下題目：Select an appropriate type of investment for Li to offer to her list of prospective investors. (Direct investment, Fund-based investment, Limited partner co-investment). Contrast the benefits of an investment manager versus an investor engaging in this type of investment.
首先第二題還是寫一下LP和GP，因?yàn)轭}目問的是Contrast the benefits of an investment manager versus an investor engaging in this type of investment（所以manager和investor都要）
co investor是排除出來的，主要是因?yàn)榭蛻舻馁Y金規(guī)模，其實(shí)三個(gè)方法里面沒有特別說明選的都是co-investment，另外兩個(gè)在選擇的時(shí)候一般需要一些其他條件。比如direct investment會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)沒有investment intermediary 或者 partner.，但是這個(gè)題目里面明顯有這個(gè)TangDynasty Capital。而對于fund investment，則一般會(huì)提到客戶的資金規(guī)模很小，無法觸及到GP的投資門檻。
所以也不是一定要是co-investment，而是相比于其他倆，它會(huì)更好一些。
