2）Any process with an inherent risk that is greater than its residual risk will be assigned a "red flag" because this is a situation that requires a process fix.這個說法中兩個風(fēng)險描述對調(diào)了位置，應(yīng)該是residual risk大于inherent risk，說明了內(nèi)控流程失效了。
