同學(xué)你好，攤銷就是說(shuō)每期償還的現(xiàn)金流里面是否包含本金，如果包含一部分或者全部本金的就是攤銷模式的，比如房貸車貸，一般都是把全部本金拿出來(lái)放在每一期攤銷償還，等額本息就是每期的現(xiàn)金流都是一致的，這種模式就是把全部本金都拿出來(lái)攤銷的。

同學(xué)你好，等額本息只是說(shuō)每期償還的利息和本金的總現(xiàn)金流是一致的，由于每期都在償還本金，所以剩余的本金是在不斷減少的。換句話說(shuō)，每期的現(xiàn)金流中前期償還的利息占比較高，而到了后期，剩余本金減少了，每期應(yīng)付的利息也減少了，現(xiàn)金流中償還本金的占比上升了。
