其實(shí)這兩個(gè)記住就完全可以了。如果要全面，那就是3-1原則。
CET1要考慮三個(gè)項(xiàng)目，剔除一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
三個(gè)項(xiàng)目
1、common equity,
2、retained earnings, and
3、a limited amount of minority interest and unrealized gains and losses.（除非題目特別說，不然不考慮這個(gè)）
剔除一個(gè)項(xiàng)目
1、Goodwill and other intangibles

一級資本在核心資本的基礎(chǔ)上再增加一級附屬資本，包括三項(xiàng)
1、Unsecured, unguaranteed, non-cumulative perpetual preferred equity instruments subordinated to depositors and subordinated debt, and callable only after five years or more.
2、Debt with appropriate triggers that cause conversion to equity or write-downs.
3、Approved minority interest not included in Core Tier 1.
