同學(xué)你好，是LC公司所投資項(xiàng)目的IPO。LC公司自己是有謠言被其他大公司收購(gòu)（和IPO沒關(guān)系）。
答案寫的Volatility can affect the valuation of LC's portfolio companies before they are sold,。。。。既然是portfolio companies那我理解應(yīng)該是lc所投資的那些公司【這個(gè)沒有問(wèn)題的】，但是后面又問(wèn)Identify the potential effects of market volatility on LC's founders if it executes an IPO exit strategy。。。這里面提到 on LC's founders，lc的股東受到什么影響？【LC founder是因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)谕顿Yportfolio company的時(shí)候投資比例比較大，所以這些被投資企業(yè)IPO的話他們的股權(quán)就會(huì)有鎖定期，我個(gè)人傾向于理解為這家公司的很多被投資企業(yè)是公司創(chuàng)始股東自己投資的】
