同學，上午好。因為vesting的方法并不是只有唯一的。這道題是按照當年實際vested的股票，來確認薪酬費用。
關(guān)于vesting方法這一塊，原版書里其實并未做深入講解。我查閱了一些其他資料，主要有這么幾種vesting的方法：
1. cliff vesting：授予100股RSU，第4年才全部生效，費用4年平攤（原版書example的邏輯，如果沒有說明計費方法，那么默認在vesting period期間平攤）
2. graded vesting：授予100股RSU，假設每年生效25股，那么第1年生效的按1年平攤，第2年生效的按照2年平攤，第3年生效的按照3年平攤，第4年生效的按照4年平攤（原版書沒提過）。
3. 授予100股RSU，按照每年實際生效的股數(shù)，記為compensation expense（例如，RSUs vest 25% on the first anniversary year from the grant date and the remaining 75% vest in 12 substantially equal quarterly installments.，這個是課后題case Sallie Kwan Industrials 第一問的邏輯，有自己的具體的生效方法（作為特例記憶））。
