同學(xué)你好。George在材料當(dāng)中展示了自己過去的業(yè)績（George includes in the fund marketing material his performance history from his previous employer）。但George只拿到了historical return figures（數(shù)據(jù)） 以及 the supporting research reports。
Record Retention這條細(xì)則根本原則是：在進(jìn)行投資分析和投資行為的過程中，所有的信息和記錄都必須保存下來。
每份報告都會有很多其他相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和材料作支持，報告的展示其實(shí)偏于結(jié)論化。比如你想要推薦某公司的股票，在研究報告中分析這家公司近5年以來的資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和利潤率等指標(biāo)。但這份研報的背后還應(yīng)有這家公司這五年以來的財務(wù)年報作為支持性的材料。
所以如果只帶走歷史數(shù)據(jù)和研報，而缺少所有相關(guān)支持性的文檔，從業(yè)人員依然違反了record retention這條細(xì)則。
