2017-10-01 19:12關(guān)于global bonds，課程里老師講的是：一個(gè)euro bond，同時(shí)又回到national MKT交易，這種是global bond，比如中國(guó)公司在美國(guó)發(fā)行人民幣債券，同時(shí)也在中國(guó)交易。 但是notes里的定義是: eurobond that trade in the national mkt of a country "other than the country that issues the currency the bond is denominated in", and in the eurobond mkt, are referred to as global bond”。按照這個(gè)定義，中國(guó)公司在美國(guó)發(fā)人民幣的債券要想算作global bond，是要在非中國(guó)的另一個(gè)市場(chǎng)交易么？

同學(xué)你好，原版書上對(duì)于global bonds的定義是這樣的A global bond is issued simultaneously in the Eurobond market and in at least one domestic bond market. 老師上課講的是和原版書內(nèi)容一樣的，不存在錯(cuò)誤。
而notes上這個(gè)可能因?yàn)榘鏅?quán)問(wèn)題，要改的和原版書不同，導(dǎo)致了這么一種表意不明的狀況。定義以原版書為準(zhǔn)。
