1.held for sale資產(chǎn)的impairment loss記在利潤表上，會使凈利潤減少；
2.trading類資產(chǎn)是金融資產(chǎn)，不存在impairment問題；
3.held for sale和trading類資產(chǎn)的historical cost記在資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表上，是它們的初始賬面價值。
