2019-05-27 10:46第2個case,第2題的C選項，Duties to Employers,為什么是違反了這條呢？查看了第四大條準(zhǔn)則duty to emplyers 里的具體內(nèi)容，包括三大點，1.loyaty,2. additional compensation arragement.3.responsibility of supervisors.在loyalty這條里，我聽視頻基礎(chǔ)課，通篇將下來，無非是不能從事和雇主相關(guān)的競爭業(yè)務(wù)、征得雇主書面同意、不拿雇主一針一線（分離職前和離職后），在職揭發(fā)等內(nèi)容。完全沒有這個case里提及的，講解視頻里說的，這個基金經(jīng)理這么做會對雇主的聲譽產(chǎn)生影響。 按道理，也會有影響，但是我的疑問是，做道德的時候，是根據(jù)七大準(zhǔn)則里面的細(xì)則做題，還是根據(jù)所謂的道理。。。我有點暈。因為這條準(zhǔn)則里沒有這么講啊。

同學(xué)你好。保持忠誠這條細(xì)則主要內(nèi)容是：，不能剝奪雇主的技能和能力優(yōu)勢（not deprive employer of the advantage of their skills and abilities），不得泄露保密信息（divulge confidential information），以及其它損害雇主的事情。
講義英文表述：In matters related to their employment, must act for the benefit of employer and not deprive employer of the advantage of their skills and abilities, divulge confidential information, or otherwise cause harm to their employer.
所以影響雇主名譽也是對雇主不忠誠。
