同學你好，vesting period指的是限售期，也就是說：在這個期限內(nèi)，期權(quán)不能執(zhí)行。
題目中說：options cannot be exercised for four years ，意思是：期權(quán)在四年內(nèi)無法被執(zhí)行，
可知vesting period=4年。
