同學(xué)你好，這個(gè)題目的文字表述確實(shí)有點(diǎn)confusing,
可以理解為我站在年尾這個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)，看過去的這一年是last year,
看下一年是next year，所以就是乘以（1+3%）
