This is especially true for a small bank, which might roll all risk management activities into one risk management group (i.e., not segregated by type of risk). An effective control environment should include the following five components: (1) a control environment, (2) risk assessment, (3) control activities, (4) information and communication, and (5) monitoring activities.

同學你好，這里說的是風險跳線的獨立管理對于銀行來說是很有效的，但并不一定要求所有的銀行都要這樣執(zhí)行，對于業(yè)務簡單，規(guī)模較小的銀行就并不一定需要那么多的獨立監(jiān)管風險的部門，他們可能會把風險集中在一起進行管理。
