2019-09-09 10:15Financing costs are not included in a cash flow calculation but are considered in the calculation of the discount rate.老師未來(lái)現(xiàn)金流折現(xiàn)求和里面不就有discount rate嗎？所以這句話說(shuō)的cash flow calculation和calculation of the discount rate說(shuō)的不就是一個(gè)東西？為什么會(huì)有Financing考慮在折現(xiàn)率計(jì)算而不考慮在現(xiàn)金流計(jì)算？這不應(yīng)該都屬于未來(lái)現(xiàn)金流折現(xiàn)求和嗎？

同學(xué)你好，
如圖NPV的公式，分母中的k就是折現(xiàn)率，就是financing cost
而分子CF的計(jì)算是不用考慮financing cost，因?yàn)榉帜敢呀?jīng)考慮過(guò)了
