理想的匯率制度有三個(gè)特點(diǎn)
First, the exchange rate between any two currencies would be credibly fixed.
Second, all currencies would be fully convertible (i.e., currencies could be freely exchanged for any purpose and in any amount).
Third, each country would be able to undertake fully independent monetary policy in pursuit of domestic objectives, such as growth and inflation targets.

C的意思是獨(dú)立的浮動(dòng)的匯率，對(duì)于匯率來說，我們最好是固定的，因?yàn)檫@樣風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小，所以這一項(xiàng)不是理想的匯率制度
