Katty believes the work of one of her analysts, Jack, CFA, is not completed as carefully and thoroughly as it should be. 即jack帶走的研究是他加入公司之前就有的，所以可以帶走哈。
如果題干說，這個(gè)research是工作期間研發(fā)的，那么帶走必須要獲得前雇主的許可哈。
