主要公擔(dān)任T公司的董事會成員，這屬于外部的雇傭關(guān)系，這個是要披露的，因?yàn)樗F(xiàn)在有管理micro-cap 策略，而T公司就是這種股票，而且是指數(shù)的成份股，他又擔(dān)任這個公司的董事，所以這里面是有利益沖突的，要向客戶披露。
