When goals are uncertain or ambiguous, wealth managers have an opportunity to help clients understand their true objectives, to assess trade-offs and issues with respect to goal prioritization, and to align the client’s investment strategy accordingly.
書上有這么一句話。
如果能量化，最好量化，無法量化，那也要幫助客戶了解他們的真正目標，評估與目標優(yōu)先級相關的權衡和問題，并相應地調整客戶的投資策略。
對于unplanned goals通常不會讓大家進行量化，而是以考核性質為主，這些本來就不好量化。
