additional compensation是在為雇主工作的時(shí)候，又額外獲得了其他三方給的廣義的好處。這種情況下，只要事先披露，獲得各方的書面許可，是可以收的。只要他披露了，并獲得各方的書面許可就是不違規(guī)的。
