同學(xué)你好。Gubler違規(guī)是因?yàn)椋?br/>按照mandate（指令），只能交易高流動性的，但是他現(xiàn)在投資的是風(fēng)險投資，有一個很長的封鎖期，那么流動性就不好了，前后矛盾，所以違規(guī)。
mandate指令：比如一只mutual fund，共同基金，有很多很多投資者買，基金的指令可能是只投資鋼鐵板塊，那么基金經(jīng)理遵照mandate就可以了；如果個別客戶提出投高科技板塊，基金經(jīng)理可以不聽的，只要符合mandate就好了。
