原版書202-203頁說在recession中，企業(yè)的設備使用會減少并且降低任何不是必須的費用，企業(yè)這個時候可以通過設備維護來降低成本。原版書204頁說“The initial cuts typically occur in orders for technology and light equipment because there are shorter lead times from order to delivery and managers may simply not place any additional orders. It often takes longer to cancel or halt construction activity or the installation of larger, more complex pieces of equipment, and cutbacks in these areas unfold with a longer lag.”是先會cut 科技類的設備，但是construction類的要用更長的時間，所以C選項中的“quickly”是不對的。

其實B如果是maintaining 也是對的，就是先cancel掉輕設備的購置，然后再cancel重設備。如果復蘇，好像也是先order light equipment，再order heavy equipment
