2018-02-23 10:58如果我是2012年宣布follow gips，那我當(dāng)時(shí)是披露2002年以來(lái)的業(yè)績(jī)么？還是只披露2007-2011五年的，然后每過(guò)一年，就多披露一年，直到2017年披露2007-2016滿十年的業(yè)績(jī)？2018年披露2008到2017的。謝謝

原版書節(jié)選“ The GIPS standards require firms to show investment performance for a minimum of five years, or since the inception of the firm or composite if either has existed for less than five years. After presenting at least five years of GIPS-compliant history, the firm must add annual performance each subsequent year building to a minimum of 10 years.【 In general, firms may link non-GIPS-compliant performance to their GIPS-compliant performance so long as only GIPS-compliant returns are presented for periods after 1 January 2000 and the firm discloses the periods of non-compliance. 】 ”

補(bǔ)充知識(shí)點(diǎn)：也就是【】標(biāo)出的那句話，這里做具體表述————披露的2007到2011年的數(shù)據(jù)因?yàn)槭莕on-GIPS-compliant ，所以要調(diào)整為GIPS-compliant performance；而如果披露的為2000前的non-GIPS-compliant，則不用調(diào)整，比如公司2003年宣稱遵循GIPS，那么1998到2002年的non-GIPS-compliant數(shù)據(jù)中，1998年和1999年不用做調(diào)整直接披露，2000年到2002年的數(shù)據(jù)需要根據(jù)GIPS規(guī)則做調(diào)整后再披露~ -
