本題主要是一些記憶性的概念，是說(shuō)現(xiàn)階段emerging market的趨勢(shì)。可以作為補(bǔ)充知識(shí)點(diǎn)記憶。
國(guó)際趨勢(shì)主要有三個(gè)：
a) an increasing number of companies have issued shares in markets outside of their home country;
b) the number of companies whose shares are traded in markets outside of their home has increased;
c) an increasing number of companies are dual listed, which means that their shares are simultaneously issued and traded in two or more markets.
也就是說(shuō)因?yàn)閲?guó)際化的金融市場(chǎng)，公司融資變得容易了。所以增加了流動(dòng)性，和raise capital的能力。
