2020-07-30 14:35Case book，2013年Q2，問題B。這道題里有個(gè)小細(xì)節(jié)，就是題干中和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案中均沒有強(qiáng)調(diào)這個(gè)trust應(yīng)該是一個(gè)irrevocable trust。題干和答案中只說了需要建立一個(gè)“trust”，并且答案中這樣寫道“A trust would provide Puente the following benefits：...Protection of the assets within the trust from claims against him or his wife and children, both now and in the future. Puente wants to secure their financial future and worries about claims from outside of the family...”所以我想問一下老師，一般的trust也能有效的防止outside claim嗎？

revocable是不能防止outside claim的。一定要irrevocable ，你答的時(shí)候加上這個(gè)修飾題，就會(huì)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)很多。

好的，那就是這題答案的說法不太嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)刂v應(yīng)該是需要irrevocable trust才行對(duì)吧？
