1，前面正確，對(duì)于make the market是指新的 bid 或ask等于市場(chǎng)最優(yōu)買賣價(jià)。
2.Behind the market和Far from the market 都是遠(yuǎn)離市場(chǎng)價(jià)格。far from比Behind里面更遠(yuǎn)。 沒(méi)有above the market
Make a new market是指出的買價(jià)或者賣價(jià)是優(yōu)于市場(chǎng)上的最優(yōu)買賣價(jià)，但是又不能成交的指令。
