這里對于Plan sponsors 和consultants 的確并不是在所有情況下他都是可以作為公司來宣稱自己遵循了GIPS。他們必須要actually manage assets,選項(xiàng)A中說到了他們manage assets,所以才是正確的，如果沒有這個(gè)限定那就不能視為是公司。
