這題告訴了你high water mark是357，如果最后你的基金運作到了380 million，那么首先management fee先計算出來：380*2%=7.6 million。然后incentive fee的計算是net of management的，所以380 - 7.6 = 372.4。然后soft hurdle rate：5%×357=17.85. 也就是說基金必須運作到357+17.85=374.85 million以上才能才能獲得incentive fee。而net of management fee之后的基金凈值是372.4，小于374.85 ，所以不能獲得incentive fee
