關(guān)于business-continuity plan的最低要求，我們總結(jié)了以下幾個(gè)點(diǎn)，這個(gè)題考的就是最容易考到的地方
1）所有的賬戶信息，要有足夠的異地備份（adequate backup, preferably off-site, for all account information）。
2）當(dāng)主要系統(tǒng)不能工作時(shí)，要有其它的預(yù)案（alternative plans）解決監(jiān)控（monitoring），分析（analyzing）和投資交易（trading investments）?！?br/>3）要有和重要的生產(chǎn)商和供應(yīng)商（及時(shí)）溝通的計(jì)劃（critical vendors and suppliers）。
4）要有和雇員進(jìn)行（及時(shí)）溝通的計(jì)劃（employee communication）以及關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)的覆蓋率計(jì)劃（coverage of critical business functions）。
5）要有當(dāng)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)中斷時(shí)（during a period of extended disruption）與客戶聯(lián)系和溝通的計(jì)劃?！?br/>6）要有專門的備份部門（establishing backup office and operational space）。
7）對(duì)關(guān)鍵員工的死亡或離職要有備案（key employee deaths or departures）。
這里的第五點(diǎn)就是這個(gè)題考核的地方，他沒有說當(dāng)業(yè)績(jī)持續(xù)中斷時(shí)，如何與客戶聯(lián)系和溝通。
