2020-10-18 00:23對(duì)C選項(xiàng)還是有疑問(wèn)，客戶與經(jīng)理意見(jiàn)不一致的時(shí)候，根據(jù)題目中提到"liquidate a large portion of his assets quickly", 應(yīng)該是對(duì)IPS影響較大的，我認(rèn)為這個(gè)時(shí)間應(yīng)該有修改IPS的步驟才算合規(guī)，不然因?yàn)榭蛻舻囊髮?dǎo)致的年化回報(bào)率達(dá)不到預(yù)期的責(zé)任誰(shuí)來(lái)承擔(dān)呢？是否應(yīng)該有個(gè)書(shū)面的免責(zé)和追溯。

Doing so would allow the client to fully understand the potential effect of the requested trade on his or her current goals or risk levels.”這里也是說(shuō)要更新IPS。

題干中這里說(shuō)到了是for an emergency，這是一個(gè)緊急的情況，比方說(shuō)客戶有特殊的情況必須要用大量的資金，像生病這種的，僅僅是一個(gè)特殊情況，不需要更改IPS
