但是規(guī)定又說知名機(jī)構(gòu)可以不需要注明引用，是因?yàn)槭澜玢y行和央行不在這個(gè)范圍么？

他并沒有說是直接引用的，而是uses statistical data he obtains from the websites of the World Bank and the central banks of various countries in his research reports用在了自己的研報(bào)中屬于二次加工
