2020-11-14 11:37對于additional compensation，需要obtain written consent from employer。 我的問題是，supervisor和employer的區(qū)別是什么，他們是一回事嗎？ 如果題目說makes a written report to supervisor and gets his/her written consent，算對的嗎？

同學(xué)你好，supervisor相當(dāng)于你的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，而employer就是你的公司，supervisor也需要對employer盡責(zé)。所以獲得雇主同意，是指獲得公司層面的同意，而不是去獲得你的一個領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的同意，因為你的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不一定能代表整個公司。
