因?yàn)轭}干中說到的是 interest rates will go up，利率上升，提前還款率會下降，會產(chǎn)生延長風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
題干問的是The endowment fund manager's concern about the impact of movements in market interest rates is best described as a concern about，也就是利率上升的情況，跟后面題干無關(guān)
