1.對(duì)的,理解正確
2.對(duì)的,是cash outflow。cash flow 我們這里只考慮 MPS 資產(chǎn)池現(xiàn)金流結(jié)構(gòu)。這里分為兩塊,一部分是給到投資者的那部分 net interest payment, 另一部分是償還的總本金。

1.Net interest payment ,是償還投資者
2.scheduled principal repayment,是償還mortgage loan?
3.prepayment,也是償還mortgage loan?
如果我的理解對(duì),這三個(gè)數(shù)相加,是SPE需要支付的cash outflow?暈了
我理解SPE收到mortgage payment,支付net interest payment。。。 -

Cash flow= Net interest payment + Total principal repayment 都是給的投資者。
就相當(dāng)于你買的債券,只不過(guò)本金不是在到期時(shí)償還,而是每期都會(huì)償還一部分 -

1.mortgage balance的意思就是mortgage pool 的本金
2.prepayment來(lái)源于貸款人的提前還貸
