B選項(xiàng)的意思是通常，有關(guān)關(guān)聯(lián)方交易的政策要求此類交易或事項(xiàng)由董事會(huì)(或股東)投票表決，但利益相關(guān)的董事除外。因?yàn)閟takeholder需要權(quán)衡到各方的利益，所以盡量避免利益沖突。
