2021-03-04 16:57請問根據(jù)Kaplan notes里面 19.a. and 20.a的知識我還是分不清financial reporting 和financial statement analysis 有什么區(qū)別，請問financial reporting是auditing時候?qū)徲嫀煶龅膯幔? 另外，雖然20.a中說’the objective of financial reporting is to provide information about the firm to current and potential investors and creditors that is useful for making decisions about investing in or lending to the firm’, 但是19.a中解釋financial reporting 和financial statement analysis區(qū)別時候是說后者f s analysis也是為了make economic decision。 這個區(qū)別解釋的很模糊，完全沒有理解，而且看上去19.a和 20.a自相矛盾

financial reporting 和financial statement analysis
兩者都用于經(jīng)濟(jì)決策的。
區(qū)別在于：
financial reporting就是財務(wù)報表，是會計做賬的結(jié)果，主要是provide information，不產(chǎn)生觀點(diǎn)。
而financial statement analysis是分析師做的事情，主要是利用財務(wù)報表計算各類指標(biāo)，比如說ROE或者凈利潤率，主要是evaluate performance的，可以用于評價公司過去、現(xiàn)在和未來的業(yè)績。
