2018-04-18 00:24再比較repo與MBS時 repo整個過程，asset所有權都是A的，所以期間asset產(chǎn)生的權益也屬于A. 而Dollar Rolls中，前后TBAs不同，屬于買賣資產(chǎn)，那么在這個過程中，TBA的所有權也在跟著轉(zhuǎn)移，TBA在此期間產(chǎn)生的權益也在轉(zhuǎn)移。 那么下面這句話:the buyer of the roll does not receive any interest or principal payments from the pool over the roll不就有錯誤了嗎？因為作為buy方，所有權及其產(chǎn)生的權益不也跟著一塊轉(zhuǎn)移到buyer這邊了嗎，那為什么就不能收到interest or principal payment?

這個意思是原來資產(chǎn)池的本金和收益不屬于買dollar roll的人。
這句話更傾向于說dollar roll和hold to maturity 的區(qū)別。
