As long as the spending rate is not larger than 5.17%, the real return could be positive, which allows the foundation to take more risk. 這兩點可以么？

同學你好！
low ability：不能這么寫。一般都是關(guān)注長期影響的因素，不會是短期因素。
high ability：第1點不太對，一定要說明long time horizon的影響；第二點沒太大問題。
PS:建議按答案的思路來，這是歷年真題，而且協(xié)會也沒有公布評分標準，按照答案的思路比較容易拿高分。
