這句話不能割裂看，員工越年輕，說明養(yǎng)老金不需要立即支付，可以投資一些高回報的資產(chǎn)，即使暫時虧了也沒關(guān)系，因為投資期限很長，所以 risk tolerance較高。員工越年輕，所以養(yǎng)老金支付越晚，客觀上造成了duration較大。所以員工的年輕是因，duration大是結(jié)果，high risk tolerance也是結(jié)果。
